The quality of your Skylight TV display depends on the quality of your smart TV. You may find that your smart TV is sensitive to the quality of photo you send -- photos that look great on mobile will usually look good on your TV, but photos that look “pretty good” on mobile are at risk of appearing poorly through Skylight TV.
At times, you may find that even your high quality mobile photos appear blurry on your TV. This is typically due to compression during the sending process and is easily resolved.
When sending photos via email directly from the Mail app, you are often given options to send your photo in Small, Medium, Large, or Actual Size. To ensure that your photos appear at their highest quality, please select Actual Size. If you are sending multiple photos, please try reducing the volume of photos attached to each email as well.
If you have followed the steps above and are still experiencing a blurry display, please contact our Customer Support team at help@skylightframe.com.
