If you have not yet activated your Skylight Digital address on your television using your 6-digit activation code, simply follow the setup process once more to re-create your desired Skylight Digital address and receive an updated activation code. You can find the instructions HERE.
If you have already activated your Skylight Digital address on your television using your 6-digit activation code, please delete and re-download the Skylight Digital app on your smart TV or alternate device to remove your account. You will then be able to follow the setup process once more to re-create your desired Skylight Digital address and receive an updated activation code. You can find the instructions HERE.
To remove the incorrect Skylight Digital address from your Skylight account, please contact help@skylightframe.com.
