For Skylight Digitals that have just been set up, it can sometimes take time to receive photos, as your device is still establishing a connection to our server.
If you are still not receiving photos after a few minutes, please try the following:
- Confirm you’re sending to the correct Skylight Digital email address. Sometimes there’s a typo.
- You can check your Skylight Digital email address by signing into the mobile app or online at app.ourskylight.com.
- Confirm that you’re sending to _______@ourskylight.com. You may have accidentally typed an address ending in '@skylight.com' or '@skylightframe.com,' which are not valid.
- Confirm that you’re sending photos as an attachment and not as a link, if you are sending via email.
- Try sending photos from a different email account or device.
- Try restarting your smart TV or alternate device, as well as resetting your Wi-Fi router.
- Turn off the power of your TV or alternate device for a couple of minutes, then turn it back on.
- Unplug the power adapters for your Wi-Fi router and modem for a couple of minutes, then plug them back in.
