For Skylight TV’s that have just been set up, it can sometimes take time to receive photos, as your device is still establishing a connection to our server.
If you are still not receiving photos after a few minutes, please try the following:
- Confirm you’re sending to the correct Skylight TV email address. Sometimes there’s a typo.
- You can check your Skylight TV email address by signing into the mobile app or online at app.ourskylight.com.
- Turn off the power of your TV for a couple of minutes, then turn it back on.
- Unplug the power adapters for your Wi-Fi router and modem for a couple of minutes, then plug them back in.
