The majority of calendar applications, like iCloud, allow calendar owners to share their calendars with other users and third-party applications by making their calendar public.
When an owner sets their calendar to public, they can access a public calendar share URL that other users can use to subscribe to the calendar and retrieve event information.
Depending on the calendar you own, you might need to follow these steps to sync your calendar to your Skylight. In case you're not sure how to make your specific calendar public and access its URL, we created step-by-step guides for popular online calendars.
Select the link below for the calendar you want to sync to your Skylight:
- iCloud Calendar
- Yahoo Calendar
- Cozi Calendar
- Subscribed Calendar
- Google Calendar – Google allows calendar owners to share their calendars in other ways! We recommend you sync your Google Calendar with the steps in this article and only use the public share URL method as a backup.
Once you have the public calendar share URL for your calendar, you can sync the calendar with your Skylight via the Skylight app or Cloud Portal (app.ourskylight.com).
