Unable to sync your Outlook calendar via our syncing portal? Try this:

These instructions are for the Skylight Calendar product. If you purchased a Skylight Digital Photo Frame, read more about the Skylight Frame here.

If you're having trouble syncing your Outlook Calendar to Skylight by using our syncing portal please follow the alternative steps below:

1. Access your Outlook Calendar on your desktop and select the Settings gear icon in the upper-right-hand corner.
2. Select View all Outlook Settings.
   
3. Select Shared Calendars -> Select the Calendar that you need to sync from the drop-down menu  -> Select Publish -> Copy the ICS URL (please make sure to copy the ICS URL under Can view all details).
   
   

Once you've copied the ICS URL of your Outlook Calendar, please proceed with the steps below:

1. Sign in to your Skylight account at here.
2. Select your Calendar's name.
3. Select Synced Cals.
   
4. Select Sync a New Calendar.
   
5. Select Other.
   
6. Paste your Outlook ICS URL on the box then select Sync.
   
7. From there, your calendar should be fully synced and you should be able to add events on your outlook calendar and watch them reflect on your Skylight!
