The quality of your digital Skylight display depends on the quality of your smart TV or alternate device. You may find that your smart TV or alternate device is sensitive to the quality of photo you send -- photos that look great on mobile will usually look good on your device, but photos that look “pretty good” on mobile are at risk of appearing poorly through Skylight Digital.
At times, you may find that even your high quality mobile photos appear blurry on your device. This is typically due to compression during the sending process and is easily resolved.
When sending photos via email directly from the Mail app, you are often given options to send your photo in Small, Medium, Large, or Actual Size. To ensure that your photos appear at their highest quality, please select Actual Size. If you are sending multiple photos, please try reducing the volume of photos attached to each email as well.
If you have followed the steps above and are still experiencing a blurry display, please contact our Customer Support team at help@skylightframe.com.

Instead of full size pictures some of my photos now have a blurry “frame” on the sides of my pictures. This never happened before. How can I change this back to the way it used to be?
