Update your billing information with the Skylight subscription portal.
The Skylight subscription portal is available online:
https://us.manage.myskylight.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access
Access the Skylight subscription portal:
- Go to https://us.manage.myskylight.com/tools/recurring/get-subscription-access.
- Enter your Skylight Management Email into the Email textbox.
Your Skylight Management Email is the email address you used to originally sign up with Skylight. - Select Send login code (sends SMS and email).
Skylight will send a login code to your Management Email Address, and to the phone number you registered with your account. - Use the login code to access the Skylight subscription portal.
The subscription portal will show your active and inactive subscriptions. Active subscriptions will appear in the upper section, and you can view or edit active subscriptions. Inactive subscriptions will appear in the lower section. Select Reactivate to restart an inactive subscription.
If you see a message that Skylight could not find your account, check to make sure you are using the email address that you used to originally sign up with Skylight.
