To update your billing information, click HERE. Please note that this portal is not the same portal as app.ourskylight.com where you manage your Skylight Frame or Calendar. The portal to manage your Plus Subscription requires its own login and password.
If you have not activated your account to manage your Plus Subscription, follow these steps after clicking the link above:
- Click “Create account.”
- Click create and use the same personal email address associated with your Skylight Plus Subscription (not your @ourskylight.com email) when creating your account.
- You will receive an email prompting you to activate your account. Once you click “Activate your account” you will be directed to a page where you can manage your subscription.
