What are profiles with a hashtag (#) in them?

When you sync a Google calendar that was color coded in Google, that means you used color labels. Sometimes, Skylight users color code events in Google so that they are automatically color coded in Skylight.

Each color label shows up in Skylight as an individual color, with a hex code like “Work: #444444”. You can choose to either:

A) Leave every color label in “Other colors”

B) Turn each color into its own profile, if each color in Google represents a different family member

C) Merge each color into one profile

How to move a profile to the “other colors” section?

Currently, profiles cannot be moved to the “other colors” in app. If you would like to do this, please email [e-mail] and we’ll take care of this for you!
