How do I send photos using the Cloud Portal?

*You can use The Cloud Portal and mobile app to send photos to your frame, but all other Cloud Portal features are available to Skylight Plus subscribers only. If you wish to upgrade to Skylight Plus, please click HERE.

To send photos or videos from the cloud portal (web app), follow these steps:

1. Open your browser and go to app.ourskylight.com
2. Log in to the portal using your personal email address and the password of your Skylight account (you set this up when you activated the frame).
3. Click on the name of the frame you wish to send a photo or video to.
4. Click "Upload" on the top right corner. Choose a file from your computer and click "Upload Photo"
   
5. Your photo will appear on your Skylight shortly!
