How do I download a photo or video I sent to Skylight to my computer?

*You can use The Cloud Portal and mobile app to send photos to your frame, but in order to view your entire gallery and access all other mobile app features, you will need a Skylight Plus subscription. If you wish to upgrade to Skylight Plus, please click HERE.

You can download any photos you sent to Skylight onto your computer using the Cloud Portal.

To download a photo or video from the Cloud Portal, follow these steps:

1. Open your browser and go to app.ourskylight.com
2. Log in to the portal using your personal email address and the password of your Skylight account (you set this up when you activated the frame).
3. Click on the name of the frame you wish to download a photo or video from.
4. Click on the photo or video you want to download.
5. Click "Download" on the top right corner.
   
6. The photo or video will download to your computer.
