Your Frame/Calendar Plus subscription is linked to the personal email address you used to purchase it. This means the Frame/Calendar Plus features will be available on devices where you use that personal email address to activate them.
If you used the same email address to purchase the frame/calendar and activate it, your Frame/Calendar Plus is now active and you can use all the features. Click HERE to read our Frame/Calendar Plus User Guide and learn how to send videos, add captions to photos, use the mobile app, and more.
If you have not activated your frame/calendar and wish to use another personal email address to activate it:
- Go to app.ourskylight.com to activate your frame.
- Follow the steps there to link your Frame/Calendar Plus account during the activation process.
- When prompted to upgrade to Frame/Calendar Plus, click “I Already Purchased Plus.”
- Enter the email address that was used to purchase Frame/Calendar Plus.
- Click “Search,” and your account will instantly be linked to your subscription.
If you already activated your frame/calendar, but didn't yet link it to your Frame/Calendar Plus account, please follow these steps:
- Visit app.ourskylight.com and log in (your username is the personal email address you used to activate the device - not the @ourskylightcom email address)

Click “Link Plus Account.”
- You can also click “Logged in As” in the upper-right corner and select “Link your Plus Account.”
- Input the email address that was used to purchase Plus.
- Click “Search,” and your account will instantly be linked to your Plus subscription.
- Refresh your browser, and you should see a blue “Plus” icon next to the name of your frame.
If you are using the Skylight app, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Skylight account using your personal email address and password.
- Tap “Link Plus.”
- Input the email address that was used to purchase Plus.
- Click “Search,” and your account will instantly be linked to your Plus subscription.
If you purchased Frame/Calendar Plus from the app store, please follow these steps using the app:
- Sign in to your Skylight account using your personal email address and password.
- Tap the “Account” icon.
- Tap the question mark icon beside “Account”.
- Tap “Restore Subscription.”
