I purchased Frame/Calendar Plus but it says I am on the Basic plan. What should I do?

Your Frame/Calendar Plus subscription is linked to the personal email address you used to purchase it. This means the Frame/Calendar Plus features will be available on frames/calendars where you use that personal email address to activate them.

If you would like to link to your Frame/Calendar Plus subscription with a different email, please follow the instructions in How do I activate my Frame/Calendar Plus subscription?
