Photo: Skylight supports photo file types JPEG, HEIC, and PNG.
Video: Skylight support video file type mp4, MOV, and gif.
Additional file types supported through the mobile app and online portal are GIF, AVI, MKV, 3GP, 3G2, and webm.
When emailing a photo or video, please make sure that the file size is under 25MB. When uploading a photo or video through the Skylight Mobile App, there is no limit.
