Supported Frame Image Formats
Skylight Frame supports the following image file types:
- jpeg
- heic
- png
When emailing one or more photos, please make sure the email is smaller than 25MB. Most email systems will refuse to deliver email larger than 25MB.
Supported Frame Video Formats
Skylight support video file types:
- mp4
- mov
- gif
When emailing a video, please make sure the email is smaller than 25MB. Most email systems will refuse to deliver email larger than 25MB.
Media Types Supported Through the Skylight Apps
The Skylight Apps additionally support the following video types:
- GIF
- AVI
- MKV
- 3GP
- 3G2
- webm
When uploading an email or video from a Skylight App, please make sure that the file size is under 25MB.
