Change Your Skylight Account Password
- Open the Skylight Mobile App.
- Select the My Skylight Menu button.
- Select Account.
- Select the Password field.
- In the Reset Password pop-up, select Reset Password.
Skylight will send an email to your Management Email Address, from info@myskylight.com. The email will contain a link you can open to reset your password. Be sure to check the From: email address before opening the link.
- Open the link in the email from info@myskylight.com.
- Enter your new password in the Enter a new password textbox.
- Select Reset password.
