How do I add multiple photos to the Skylight at the same time?

*You can use The Cloud Portal and mobile app to send photos to your frame or view your gallery, but all other Cloud Portal features are available to Skylight Plus subscribers only. If you wish to upgrade to Skylight Plus, please click HERE.

How to upload multiple photos on a computer:

1. Go to CloudPortal
2. Sign in using your personal email address and password
   • If you have not created an account and type an unrecognized email then it will prompt you to create a password.
     
     
3. Select which frame you would like to send photos to 
4. Click on the green "Upload Photos" button at the top right 
   
5. Choose the frame or frames that you wish to send the photos to
6. Click "Choose Files"
   
   
   
7. Locate the photos on your computer that you want to send 
   
   Note: For the next steps use command key for Mac/Apple Computers and use control for all other computers.
   
   
8. To select more than one photo you can hold the "command/control" key on your keyboard and use your mouse/cursor to select the photos that you would like to send while holding "command/control"
   
   • You should see the photos you clicked on selected
   • If the photos are not staying selected then you may not be holding the "command/control" key (don't let it go!)
     
     
9. Once you have selected the photos that you want to upload you can let go of the "command/control" key
   
   
10. Now that you have selected all of your photos click "open"
    
    
11. You should see the number of files selected:
    
    
12. Click "Send Photos"
13. A download screen will appear as the photos are sent to your frame and you will be notified once the photos are done uploading!
