How do I transfer ownership of a Skylight under my account?

If at any point you wish to transfer ownership of a single Frame under your account (for example, if you are giving Skylight as a gift), please follow these steps:

Transfer Ownership of a Skylight Frame

  1. Open the Skylight Mobile App.
    If you have multiple Skylight Frames, make sure you are in the Frame where you want to transfer the ownership.
  2. Select the My Skylight Menu button.
  3. Select App Settings.
  4. Select Transfer Ownership.
  5. In the Transfer Ownership panel, enter the email address of the Frame’s new owner.
    The new owner will be able to determine who has access to the Frame after transfer. You will no longer be able to determine who has access to the Frame, but you will still be able to send it pictures and videos.
  6. Select Transfer.

 

Note: You will need to log in using the current email before you can transfer ownership of your Skylight.

 

If none of the steps above resolve the issue, please try signing in using a new personal email address. This should trigger an account recovery email. Follow the instructions in that email to set a password, and once completed, you should be able to log in successfully using that email going forward.
