In the event that you are not fully satisfied with the product or are having technical difficulties, we offer the option for a replacement or full refund within 120 days of purchase.
If you prefer to return your Skylight product for a full refund, we may request that the product be returned to us within 30 days of the agreement. Our customer service team (help@skylightframe.com) will provide a pre-paid shipping label so that you do not incur additional costs.
If you have surpassed 120 days after your purchase, we will consider replacements and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
