In the event that you are not fully satisfied with the product or are having technical difficulties, we offer the option for a replacement or full refund within 120 days of purchase.
If you prefer to return your Skylight product for a full refund, our customer service team (help@skylightframe.com) will provide a pre-paid shipping label so that you do not incur additional costs. We may request that the product be returned to us within 30 days of of receipt of the label.
If you have surpassed 120 days after your purchase, we will consider replacements and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
