If you purchased a Skylight product through our webstore at skylightframe.com, we offer the option of a return for a full refund within 120 days of purchase. In addition, for US customers, if your device purchased on our website experiences a covered issue within the first 3 years, we’ll replace it free of charge; that’s the Skylight Promise.

To initiate a return for a Skylight product purchased through our webstore, please call or email our customer service team. We provide a pre-paid shipping label so that you do not incur return shipping costs.

Skylight Products purchased through other retailers must be returned to those retailers in accordance with their returns and refund policies.
