Sometimes, you may create a profile in the Mobile App only to have it not appear in the Profiles list when creating a new task.
The Profile is there, but is not visible by default.

Make a Profile Visible in Tasks on a Calendar Device
To make the new Profile visible on a Calendar device:
- Select Tasks to view the tasks chart.
- Select Filter in the Information Bar.
- Select the toggle next to the missing profile to enable it.
The new Profile should appear on the task chart, and be available in the Add Task popup.
To verify that tasks can be assigned to the Profile, tap the Add button to create a new task. The missing Profile should now be visible in the Profiles list.
Make a Profile Visible in Tasks in the Mobile App
To make the new Profile visible in the Mobile App
- Select Tasks to view the tasks screen.
- Select Filter in the Information Bar.
- Select the toggle next to the missing profile to enable it.
The new Profile should appear in the Profiles list in the tasks screen, and be available in the Add Task screen.
To verify that tasks can be assigned to the Profile, tap the Add button to create a new task. The missing Profile should now be visible in the Profiles list.
Profile Visibility Depends on How the Profile Was Created
A newly created profile may or may not be immediately visible when creating tasks depending on how the Profile was created.
If the Profile was created with the Mobile App in Profiles:
…the new Profile will not be immediately visible when creating a task. You will need to enable this profile with the filter menu.
If the Profile was created with the Mobile App in Tasks when adding a task by tapping the Add button in the Profiles list:
…the new Profile will be immediately visible when creating a task.
If the Profile was created on the Calendar device in the Add Task popup:
…the new Profile will be immediately visible when creating a task.
Use the Filter Button to Show Profiles
If you are missing a Profile when adding a task, check if the Profile exists and is enabled:
- Select Tasks to view the tasks chart.
- Select Filter in the Information Bar.
- Check if the Profile is in the filter list.
If the Profile does not appear, it needs to be created. - Check if the Profile is disabled:
- If the Profile switch is disabled, Select the toggle to enable it:
When the Profile becomes enabled, it will appear in the task chart and you will be able to add tasks to the Profile in the Add Task popup.
