All Skylight devices use a specific combination of power cable and adapter to power the device. Your Skylight device may have come equipped with:
- A power cable with a barrel connector and a USB-A connector, paired with a wall adapter
- A power cable with a barrel connector and a wall adapter
- An AC power cable
Standard USB cables will not power the device.
