How do I link my Frame Plus subscription?

Your Plus subscription is tied to the Skylight Management Email Address. If you have a Frame Plus Subscription associated with your Management Email Address, plus features will be automatically available on any Frame activated with that address.

If You Used the Same Email to Purchase and Activate

If you purchased Plus and activated your Frame with the same email address, your subscription is already active. You should not have to do anything to take advantage of Plus features.

If you purchased Plus and activated your Frame with the same email address but continue to see paywall screens for Plus features, please reach out:

If You Haven’t Activated Your Frame Yet

Follow these steps to activate your device and link your subscription:

1. Download and install the Skylight Mobile App or use the Skylight Desktop App.
2. Set up a Skylight Account.

Get the Skylight App

You can use either the Skylight Mobile App or the Skylight Desktop App to create to your Skylight Account.

Skylight Mobile App

Use the Skylight Mobile App to access and manage a Skylight Account with your phone or mobile device.

The Skylight Mobile App is available for both Apple iOS and Android:

Skylight Desktop App

Use the Skylight Desktop App to access and manage a Skylight account from your laptop or desktop computer.

Set Up a Skylight Account

Open the Skylight Mobile App or the Skylight Desktop App, and set up a Skylight Account:

1. In the Enter your email to start textbox, type in your email address.
   This is your Skylight Management Email Address. This email address will be used to manage your Skylight Account.
2. Select Next.
3. On the Create Account screen enter your information.
4. Select Create Account.

The welcome dialog box will appear on the next page:

5. Select Let’s get started.

Linking Plus

1. Open the Skylight Mobile App or Skylight Desktop App.
2. Go to the Skylight pane.
   You may need to tap the back arrow to navigate to the Skylight pane.
3. Select Add.
4. Select Yes I have my own Skylight device.
   
5. Choose the type of device.
   They can join either a Skylight Calendar or a Skylight Frame.
6. Choose who the Frame is for.
   You can set up a Frame for yourself, or someone else.
7. On the New Frame pane, type the first part of the Family Email Address for the device.
   Use a meaningful name that you will be willing to share with friends and family.
8. Select Next.
9. Choose your privacy settings.
10. Select Next.
11. Select Next.
    Make a note of the activation code. 
12. Select Done.

Now that you have the activation code:

1. Turn on your Frame.
2. Connect your Frame to your Wi-Fi.
3. Enter the activation code.

If You Already Activated but Haven’t Linked Plus

If your frame or calendar is already activated but not linked to your Plus subscription:

1. Open the Skylight Mobile App or the Skylight Desktop App.
   Log in using your Skylight Management Email Address and password. 
2. Select Get Plus.
   The Get Plus button is at the top of the screen.
3. Select Already subscribed.
4. Enter the email address associated with your purchase of a Plus subscription.
5. Select Next.

Your Frame will now be linked, and all Plus features will be unlocked.
