How to sync an iCloud Calendar via the Skylight app

These instructions are for the Skylight Calendar product. If you purchased a Skylight Digital Photo Frame, read more about the Skylight Frame here.

If you trying to sync your Skylight Calendar with Apple Calendar using your Macbook/Apple Desktop then please follow the desktop instructions by clicking HERE.

You will need to acquire the calendar URL in the iPhone Calendar app and then use it in the Skylight app to sync the calendar. 

First, tap on Calendars at the bottom of your iPhone Calendar app:

You’ll see a list of your Calendars and who the providers are, tap the "i" symbol next to your iCloud calendar that you're trying to sync:

​Make sure Public Calendar is toggled on:

Tap on Share Link...

Tap on Copy:​​

Once you have copied the URL, open the Skylight mobile app to finish syncing your calendar.

Log in and select your Calendar from the list of available devices.

Tap the syncing icon from the home screen:



Tap Sync a New Calendar:

From the list of options tap Calendar URL to paste your calendar link:

After selecting Calendar URL, paste your iCloud calendar's webcal URL and tap Sync Calendar URL:

Afterwards confirm you're seeing your events populate on the Skylight Calendar and repeat these steps for any other iCloud calendars!
