Access the Skylight Desktop App

Access to the Skylight Desktop App is available at:

You can use the Skylight Desktop App with any modern web browser.

Log in to Your Skylight Account

To access your Skylight account, log in:

1. In the Enter your email to start textbox, enter your Skylight Account address.
2. Select Next.
3. On the Login screen, enter your password.
   This password is the password associated with your Skylight Account address, not the password used with a specific device.
   If you’ve forgotten your password, select Forgot Password? To start the reset process.
4. Select Log in. 

Reset a Forgotten Password

If you reach the Login screen of the Skylight Desktop App but you do not remember your password, you can reset it.

1. Select Forgot Password? To start the reset process.
2. An email with a reset link will be sent to your email address.
   If you do not receive the email, check your SPAM folder.
3. Select the link in the password reset email.
   The link will expire after one use or 24 hours, whichever comes first.
4. In the Enter a new password textbox, type in your new password for your Skylight Management login.
5. Select Reset password.
