If you have an event on your Skylight Calendar and you want to include someone in that event that is not a member of your household, you can invite them to your event with their email address.
You can use this feature to:
- Place Skylight events on your work calendar.
- Invite people only to specific events in your Skylight calendar.
Invite to a New Event
Invite someone to a new Skylight Calendar event with either the Skylight Mobile App or the Skylight Desktop App:
- Select Calendar.
- Select the add event button.
- Fill in the event details as needed.
For more about creating events, please see <<creating events>>. - Select Invited emails.
- In the Type an email to invite textbox, start typing an email address.
The list under the textbox will show matching email addresses from your contacts prior invitees.
Type a full email address to add it to the selection list. - Select one or more email addresses from the list.
- Tap Add.
Event invitations will be sent to the specified addresses.
Invite to an Existing Event
Invite someone to a new Skylight Calendar event with either the Skylight Mobile App or the Skylight Desktop App:
- Select Calendar.
- Select an existing event.
- Select Invited emails.
- In the Type an email to invite textbox, start typing an email address.
The list under the textbox will show matching email addresses from your contacts prior invitees.
Type a full email address to add it to the selection list. - Select one or more email addresses from the list.
- Tap Add.
Event invitations will be sent to the specified addresses.
