Access Through a Calendar Device
When someone accesses information in your Skylight Account through a physical Calendar device, they only have access to the information tied to that Calendar. They will only be able to see information tied to that particular Calendar from:
- Events, Tasks, and Rewards associated with Profiles
- Lists, Recipes, Menus, and Photos associated with the Calendar
If Calendar events are part of a one-way or two-way sync from an external calendar service (such as Google, or iCloud, etc.), anyone with access to your Calendar will be able to see those events.
Access Through the Mobile and Desktop App
If you share access to your Skylight Calendar through Invite Others, you will be prompted for which of your Calendars you want to share. The Mobile App will generate a link that allows access to the Calendars you selected. The link will not grant access to any other devices.
Anyone you share the link with will be able to use the Skylight Mobile or Desktop Apps to manage the Calendars you have shared, and will be able to see all information associated with those Calendars.
