Managing Your Skylight Plus Subscription

*note, if you have purchased Skylight Plus for Frame or Calendar through your Google Play or Apple App store, managing your subscription must be done through Google or Apple. Skylight does not have access to cancel your Plus subscription or update billing information.

When you subscribe to Plus through our website, Skylight will send you reminders when your Plus Subscription renewal is coming up. Prior to your renewal, we will let you know that your card on file will be charged to renew your Plus Subscription for another year.  This email will also contain a link to take you to your Manage Membership Portal where you can update your billing information and membership. 

We will also send you an email if your card on file is declined or about to expire.
