Can others use the mobile app to send photos and videos to my Skylight?

*You and your friends/family can use The Cloud Portal and mobile app to send photos to your frame, but all other Cloud Portal features are available to Skylight Plus subscribers only. If you wish to upgrade to Skylight Plus, please click HERE.

To access the mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Download the Skylight app from the Apple or Google Play store. To find it, just look for "Skylight" and download the app with our logo (below).
   
2. Enter your personal email address then tap “Next Step”.
   
3. Enter your password if you already have an account or type in your name, phone number, and pick a password to create a new account then click “Log In.”
   
4. Choose “Photo Frame”.
   
   
5. Choose whether you are activating a new Skylight or finding an existing frame.
   
   
6. To activate a new frame, enter the unique Skylight email address, then complete the activation process.
   
   
7. To find an existing frame, type in the unique Skylight email address, then click “Search.”
   
   

You should now be able to see their Skylight in the app and send photos and videos to it!
