How do I download a photo/video from Skylight to my phone?

You can download any photos/videos you sent to Skylight onto your phone using the Skylight mobile app.

To download a photo or video from the mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Skylight app on your phone.
2. Log in using your personal email address and the password of your Skylight account (you set this up when you activated the frame).
3. Click on the name of the frame you wish to download a photo or video from.
4. Click on the photo or video you want to download.
5. Click and the photo or video will automatically download to your phone's camera roll.
