How do you create or edit a Profile in the Skylight Desktop App?

Add a Profile

1. Go to https://ourskylight.com/.
2. Enter your personal email address.
   Use the same email address you used when you singed up with Skylight.
3. Enter your password.
4. Select a Calendar.
5. Select Profiles.
6. Select the Add button.
   
7. In the Name textbox, enter a name for the new Profile.
   First names are good Profile names if the Profile is for a person.
8. Select Color and choose a color form the color picker.

If you want to link the Profile to calendars that are synced to your Skylight account, select Linked Calendars and add one or more calendars in the Linked Calendars list with the checkboxes on the right.

If you want to link the Profile to a calendar that is not synced to your Skylight account:

1. Select Synced Calendars.
2. Select Sync a calendar.
3. Choose a calendar from the list.
4. Select Sync new calendar.

Edit a Profile

1. Go to https://ourskylight.com/.
2. Enter your personal email address.
   Use the same email address you used when you singed up with Skylight.
3. Enter your password.
4. Select a Calendar.
5. Select Profiles.
6. Select a Profile from the list.

To change the name of the Profile, select the Name textbox and edit the name.

To set the color of the Profile, select Color and choose a color from the color picker.

To add or removed linked calendars from the Profile, select Linked Calendars:

• Add one or more calendars in the Linked Calendars list with the checkboxes on the right.

• If you want to link the Profile to a calendar that is not synced to your Skylight account:

  1. Select Synced Calendars.
  2. Select Sync a calendar.
  3. Choose a calendar from the list.
  4. Select Sync new calendar.

To remove the Profile:

1. Select Reassign events and delete. 
2. Choose a new calendar for the reassigned events.
3. Select Delete.
