You may have a lot of Profiles in your Skylight Account. Sometimes, it makes sense to merge Profiles:
- You may have multiple calendars for activities (trips, sports practice, etc.), but having all of those events in one Profile would make your calendar easy to navigate.
- You want to make it easier to keep colors consistent across Profiles.
- You have a synced calendar that has a color name (#ab463d, for example) and you want to merge it into a named Profile.
Profiles are useful for grouping events together. Use Profiles to help organize your events in ways that make them more manageable for you.
Merge a Profile into Another Profile
Merging a Profile cannot be undone.
- Open the Skylight Mobile App.
If you have multiple Skylight Calendars, make sure you are in the Calendar where you want to manage the profiles. - Select Profiles.
- Select the Profile you want to merge into another Profile.
- Select Reassign events and delete.
This will reassign any events in the Profile and delete the Profile. If there are no events left in the Profile, nothing will be reassigned, and the Profile will be deleted. - Select an existing Profile to take the reassigned events.
You can also create a new Profile for the reassigned events. - Select Reassign events and delete.
- Select Delete.
