If you have forgotten your Parental Lock PIN, it can be reset in two ways:

Request a Magic Link to Reset Your PIN
In the PIN entry dialog box, tap Forgot PIN?:
In the Forgot PIN? dialog box, tap Send email:
The reset PIN email will be sent to the personal email associated with the Skylight account the user set up.
