Skylight Products purchased through other retailers must be returned to those retailers in accordance with their returns and refunds policies.
If you purchased a Skylight Product through our webstore, we offer the option for a replacement or full refund within 120 days of purchase if you are not fully satisfied with your Skylight.
To initiate a return for a Skylight Product purchased through our webstore, please email our customer service team. (help@skylightframe.com) We provide a pre-paid shipping label so that you do not incur return shipping costs. Products be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the pre-paid shipping label.

I received a Skylight for Christmas…o already had one, but didn’t want to “hurt feelings”. I have been in a quandary as to what to do now! Could I receive the refund for the item? It’s not even been out of the box!!
