Use the Start week on setting to choose which day will start the week. Select Sunday to start the week on Sunday, and Monday to start the week on Monday.
The Calendar display name can be used to help identify a device when using the Calendar function. Setting the calendar display name will change the information bar in the calendar view, replacing the date with the calendar name. To remove the calendar name and restore the date in the calendar view, erase the calendar display name.
Set the calendar display name:
- Tap Calendar display name.
- Enter a new name for your calendar.
- Tap the green check.
Enable Preview chores in Calendar view if you would like upcoming chores to be displayed on the calendar.
Enable Dim past events if you would like events that have already happened to be shown as dimmed in the calendar view.
Enable Shade weekends if you would like the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) to have a shaded background in the calendar view.
Week View
Enable Start on current day to always show the week view starting on the current day, instead of the start of the week.
Schedule View
Adjust Days displayed in schedule view to show more or less of your week in the schedule view. For very busy schedules, showing fewer days may make your calendar easier to read.
Adjust the number of days displayed in the schedule view:
- Tap the number in the Days displayed in schedule view box.
- Adjust the slider to select the number of days.
Slider can only be set to values between 1 day and 7 days. - Tap outside the box to exit the slider.
Note: the maximum number of viewable days in schedule view depends on the orientation of your Calendar. Use your Calendar in landscape mode to see the maximum number of days.
Enable Start on current day to always show the schedule view starting on the current day, instead of the first day of the week.
