Skylight Calendar can alert you to upcoming events with an on-screen popup, a chime, or both.
With the Reminders Settings, you can configure default reminders settings for all of the events on your Calendar.
Find Reminder Settings On the Calendar
Navigate to the reminder settings on the Calendar:
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Reminders.
Show a Reminder at the Start of an Event
Enable At time of event to show a reminder when the event starts. The reminder will show a popup window with a list of all the events scheduled.
Show a Reminder Before the Start of an Event
Enable Minutes before event if you would like Calendar to display a reminder in advance of the start of an event.
Adjust the number of minutes before the event for the reminder to appear:
- Tap the number in the Minutes before event box.
- Enter a new number of minutes.
Enter a number of minutes between 1 and 120. - Tap the green check.
The reminder will show a popup window with a list of all the events scheduled.
Play a Sound with the Reminder
Enable Reminder sound if you would like Calendar to play a chime when displaying a reminder popup.
Volume can be adjusted in General settings under Volume.
