Unlinking a Skylight Calendar

If you want to use a linked Skylight Calendar with a different configuration, you will need to unlink it first. Unlink the Calendar to use it with a different set of profiles, or with a different Skylight user account.

Unlinking a Calendar

Unlinking a Calendar will reset the device and remove all content. You will need to reactivate it in order to use it: activate it with a new activation to start with a fresh Calendar, or use a previous activation code to restore data.

Unlink a Calendar:

  1. Open the Skylight App.
    You can use either the Skylight Mobile App or the Skylight Desktop App.
  2. Select the My Skylight Menu button.
  3. Select App Settings.
  4. Select Linked devices.
  5. Select the name of the Calendar you want to unlink.
  6. Select Reset device.
  7. Select Reset.

The Calendar device will reset, and the device will be marked as Not activated in the Linked devices list.

Removing a Calendar from the Linked Devices List

Calendar devices that are not activated can be removed from the Linked devices list. 

Remove a Calendar from the Linked devices list:

  1. Open the Skylight App.
    You can use either the Skylight Mobile App or the Skylight Desktop App.
  2. Select the My Skylight Menu button.
  3. Select App Settings.
  4. Select Linked devices.
  5. Tap the calendar name (marked as Not activated).
  6. Tap Delete device.

Tap Delete.
