Forward an Email

Magic Import can accept emails, and look for event information in an email to add to a Profile.

When an email is forwarded to Magic Import, events are searched for in:

  • The text of the email
  • Email attachments:
    • PDFs
    • Photos
    • Screenshots

To add events with a forwarded email:

  • The email must be forwarded to the correct email address for your device.
  • If you want events to be added directly to a Profile, use the Profile name as the Subject of the email.

Find the correct email address and subject line for your device by tapping Forward Email. The Import events pane will display the correct email address and subject line for the selected device.

You can add a Profile name to the subject line to automatically add the scanned event to that Profile.

If an import was successful, the event will be added, and an email confirmation will be sent.
