Making your Skylight public enables anyone to send you images and approving someone to send you photos when your Skylight is private allows any photo to be sent. This comes with potential risks, including receiving inappropriate content. To safeguard against this, Skylight has implemented a content filter that identifies and flags images that may be deemed inappropriate.
Please note that this content filter is entirely automated and doesn't involve any human moderation. At no point will a member of our team see or monitor your content.
While the automated process is designed to be accurate, it may not always get everything right. For instance, images of famous sculptures like David might inadvertently get flagged as inappropriate content.
Rest assured, Skylight automatically notifies you whenever an image is flagged. In the email notification, you'll have the option to bypass the filter for that specific image or for all future images.
Your privacy and security are essential to us, and Skylight is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform for you and your family. If you encounter any issues or have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
