I forgot my Skylight email address. What do I do?

Retrieve Your Skylight Email Address On the Frame

To retrieve your Skylight email address on the Frame:

1. Tap the Skylight frame screen.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap How it Works. 

Your Skylight email address will be visible as the first item in the dialog box.

Retrieve Your Skylight Email Address In the Skylight Mobile App

1. Open the Skylight Mobile App.
2. Select the MySkylight Menu icon.
   
3. Select Account.

Your Skylight email address will be visible in the textbox labeled Email address.
