The screen is not turning on. What do I do?

When a Skylight device doesn’t power on, it’s often due to a power supply issue. To troubleshoot, please try the following steps:
  1. Unplug the device from power for 5–10 seconds, then reconnect it.
  2. Try plugging it into a different wall outlet.
  3. Confirm that you are using the original Skylight-provided cord and adapter. For safety reasons, please do not use any third-party power accessories, as Skylight devices must only be powered by the ones we provide.
  4. If you’re using an extension cord or surge protector, remove it and connect the device directly to the wall outlet.
