I forgot my Skylight email address. What do I do?

Retrieve Your Skylight Email Address On the Frame

To retrieve your Skylight email address on the Frame:

1. Tap the Skylight frame screen.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap How it Works. 

Your Skylight email address will be visible as the first item in the dialog box.

Retrieve Your Skylight Email Address In the Skylight Mobile App

1. Open the Skylight Mobile App.
2. Press the back arrow to see the device list.

Your Skylight email address will be visible underneath your Frame name in the device list.

Retrieve Your Skylight Email Address In the Skylight Desktop App

Login to the Skylight Desktop App at: https://ourskylight.com/.

Your Skylight email address will be visible underneath your Frame name in the device list.
