How do I send photos or videos from the mobile app?

Send photos or videos to your Skylight Frame from the Skylight Mobile App:

1. Open the Skylight Mobile App.
   If you have multiple devices and your Frame is not your default device, click the back button and select your Frame from the list.
2. Click the Add button.
3. Select the Skylight(s) you wish to send your photo or video to.
4. Choose how you want to add photos (see the appropriate section below for more):
   • Pick from gallery to select one or more photos from your camera roll.
     You may need to grant the Skylight Mobile App access to your camera roll.
   • Use your camera to take a picture.
     You may need to grant the Skylight Mobile App access to your camera.
   • Draw a doodle to send a small sketch.
5. When your photo is ready, send it to your Frame. 

Picking a Photo or Photos From the Gallery

After selecting Pick from gallery:

1. Select one or more photos from your camera roll.
   You may need to grant the Skylight Mobile App access to your camera roll.
2. On the Edit items screen:
   • Optional: Caption the photo(s) with the Caption button.
     The caption will be added to the selected photo.
   • Optional: Edit the photo(s) with the Edit button. 
     Select a photo to edit it.
   • Optional: Remove photos by tapping the trash can icon.
3. Select Send all.

Sending a Photo From Your Camera

After selecting Use your camera:

1. Use your camera to take a picture.
   You may need to grant the Skylight Mobile App access to your camera.
2. On the Edit items screen:
   1. Optional: Caption the photo(s) with the Caption button.
      The caption will be added to the selected photo.
   2. Optional: Edit the photo(s) with the Edit button. 
      Select a photo to edit it.
   3. Optional: Remove photos by tapping the trash can icon.
3. Select Send all.

Sending a Doodle

After selecting Draw a doodle:

• Draw a doodle! Choose straight or freeform lines, and change colors useing the color picker.
• Tap the trash icon to discard the doodle.
• Tap Reset to completely clear the canvas.
• Tap Undo to undo the previous action.
• Tap Redo to restor undone work.

When you doodle is complete, tap the Send icon in the upper right corner:

Use the Doodle preview panel to make sure your doodle is  what you want. 
Tap the back arrow to return to the canvas to continue editing your doodle.

When your doodle is ready, select Send Doodle!
