If your events are showing up on the Skylight Calendar at a different time then you may have the incorrect time zone.
Please try the following:
- Click the settings logo on the bottom left of your Skylight Calendar
- Click "Configure Time Zone"
- Select your current time zone from the list
- You can tap the search bar and type in your time zone
- You may also use your finger to scroll up and down to find the correct one
- Once you have selected a time zone it will turn green
- Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen to save your selection
- The frame will update to the time zone selected
If your events are still not showing at the correct time, please try resetting your Wi-Fi connection.
Please try the following:
- Click the settings logo in the bottom left corner of your Skylight Calendar
- Click "Reset Wi-Fi"
- The Wi-Fi panel will appear and click "Forget all networks and rescan"
- Select the name of your Wi-Fi network
- Enter your password
- Click "Connect"
- Once the Wi-Fi has successfully connected the panel will go away
If your events are still not showing at the correct time, please verify that the calendar you are trying to sync is in the same time zone as your Skylight Cal. Certain calendar platforms, like Yahoo and AOL, require you to manually change your time zone. The default is not the exact time zone you are in. If you did not do this before, then there might be a time zone mismatch from the source calendar, to begin with, displaying your events at the "wrong" time on your Skylight Cal.
