If your events are showing up on the Skylight Calendar at a different time then you may have the incorrect time zone.
Please try the following:
- Click the settings logo in the top-right of your Skylight Calendar
- Click "Configure Time Zone"
- Select your current time zone from the list
- You can tap the search bar and type in your time zone
- You may also use your finger to scroll up and down to find the correct one
- Once you have selected a time zone it will turn green
- Click "Save" at the bottom of the screen to save your selection
- The frame will update to the time zone selected
If your events are still not showing at the correct time, please try resetting your Wi-Fi connection.
Please try the following:
- Click the settings logo in the top right corner of your Skylight Calendar
- Click "Reset Wi-Fi"
- The Wi-Fi panel will appear and click "Forget all networks and rescan"
- Select the name of your Wi-Fi network
- Enter your password
- Click "Connect"
- Once the Wi-Fi has successfully connected the panel will go away
If your Skylight Calendar has not updated with the proper event times after resetting your Wi-Fi and adjusting your time zone then please reach out to Help@skylightframe.com for further assistance.
