What Do I Do If The Touchscreen Stops Working?

If the touchscreen on your Skylight Device stops working, restart your device:

  1. Unplug your device.
  2. Wait 15 seconds.
  3. Plug in your device.

If restarting your device does not restore the touchscreen function, please contact us:
