Navigate Around the Calendar

The Calendar tab in the menu bar displays your events.

The current date in the calendar is displayed in an orange dot: 

The current time in the calendar is displayed as an orange bar:

See more days by swiping left and right. Swipe left to see previous dates, and swipe right to see future dates.

See more times by swiping up and down. Swipe up to see earlier times, and swipe down to see later times.

Tap the Today button to bring the calendar view back to the current date and time.

Switch the Calendar View

Use the calendar view button in the information bar to change the current calendar view. The button label is the current view. There are four available views:

  • Schedule, with a column view for today and upcoming days.
    Pinch the schedule view to display a larger span of time in the schedule.
  • Day, with a grid calendar and a list of events for the selected day.
  • Week, a grid showing a week.
  • Month, a grid of the current month in standard calendar format.

Set a Filter

Use the Filter button in the information bar to select which Profiles to show. 

Use the toggle switches to enable just one or more Profiles. 

Use the Select All toggle switch to make all Profiles visible.

Use the Pencil Icon to edit a Profile.

Create a Profile

All Calendar events must belong to a Profile. To add events to the calendar, make a profile first.

Make a profile using the Mobile App:

  1. Open the Mobile App.
  2. Tap the Devices tab to show  the list of your devices.
  3. Tap your calendar name.
  4. Tap Profiles.
  5. Tap + Add.
  6. Name the Profile.
    Tap in the box and use the on-screen keyboard to add the name.
  7. Assign the Profile a color.
  8. Tap  Save.

Create a New Event

You can create events directly on the Calendar.

  1. Tap the Add button.
    The Add an Event dialog appears.
  2. Add a title in the Event Title box.
    Tap in the box and use the on-screen keyboard to add the title.
  3. Set the time. An event can have a specific time, or be an all-day event.
    • To set the start and end of the event, press the date and time boxes and adjust as needed.
    • To set an event as an all-day event, check the All day box.
  4. Select a Profile.
  5. Optional: Set the repeat. If you want your event to repeat:
    1. Tap the Repeats switch.
    2. Tap the boxes to adjust how often the event will repeat.
      Depending on the period you select, you may get additional options for when the event should repeat.
    3. Optional: Tap the Repeats until switch to set a limit on repeats.
      Set the date for when you want the repeating event to stop.
  1. Tap Save.

The new event will appear on the calendar.

If you are creating an event on a calendar that uses two-way sync to connect to a remote calendar provider, you must select the correct calendar with the Pick a Synced Calendar drop-down for the event to sync.

Edit an Event

You can edit events directly on the Calendar.

  1. Tap an event to bring up the event details box.
  2. Tap Edit Event.
  3. Change the event details as needed.
  4. Tap Save.

Delete an Event

You can delete events directly on the Calendar.

  1. Tap an event to bring up the event details box.
  2. Tap Delete Event.
  3. If you are certain you want to delete the event, tap Delete event in the popup.
    WARNING: deleting events cannot be undone.
