How to Approve a Sender

 

When your Skylight device is set to Private, any new email that sends a photo to your Skylight will need your approval before it can appear in the frame. In this case, you’ll receive an email notification prompting you to approve the sender.

 

You can also approve senders directly through the Skylight mobile app by following these steps:

  1. Log in using the personal email address you used to register your Skylight.

  2. Select your device name.

  3. Tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner.

  4. Choose App Settings from the list.

  5. Select Manage Users.

  6. Approve the sender’s email address.

 

From the same menu, you can also block an email address if you no longer want to receive photos from that sender.
