I got Skylight Frame as a gift. How do I use my gift code?

Congratulations on receiving a Skylight Frame as a gift! You have a special surprise in store for you! Just follow these steps. 

If you are looking to pre-load your Skylight Frame and give it as a gift, refer to https://skylight.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/14986527892635.

Turn on your Skylight by following these steps:

1. Plug the USB side of the power cable into the USB port in the wall adapter.
2. Connect the opposite end of your power cable (the round end) to Skylight (it plugs into the small hole on the back).
3. Plug it into an outlet.
4. In about 30 seconds, the Skylight home screen will appear.

Connect your Skylight to Wi-Fi:

1. The Wi-Fi menu will automatically show up on the right side of the Skylight home screen.
2. Choose your network from the list of Wi-Fi networks.
3.  Type in your Wi-Fi password using the touch-screen keyboard. Make sure there are no typos!
4. Skylight will confirm when it has connected to the Wi-Fi. 

*If the name of your network does not appear, wait for 30 seconds and check again. If it still does not appear, tap “Forget All Networks And Rescan” at the bottom of the Wi-Fi menu.

Activate your Skylight account and get your 6-digit activation code:

Enter the 6 digit code you received using the on-screen keyboard and your photos should start downloading.
