How do I reset my Skylight Frame?

If you want to restore your Skylight Frame to factory settings, you can do so directly from the device. Resetting your Skylight Frame will only unlink your data from the actual device. It will not delete your data in your Skylight Account.

You can reactivate the same Frame or activate another Frame and link it to your Skylight Account using the activation code in the Skylight app.

Reset Your Skylight Frame

1. Tap the Frame screen to bring up the menu.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Advanced Features.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the features list.
5. Tap Reset device.
6. Tap Reset.
7. Tap Reset.
